It’s not enough to tell people how Clarks has changed – and continues to change. We have to show them. It’s not enough to tell people about your vision and values, or the opportunities that working at Clarks presents. We need to bring them alive, make them real. We want to show people what they don’t know. We need to make Clarks (as an employer) relevant to a creatively- minded audience.
