Challenge Everything is a creative concept for AXA global graduate recruitment. The concept gives us a consistent yet flexible creative platform for attracting, engaging and recruiting the very best graduate talent in all the countries AXA operate in – the talent their business demands, now and in the future. The concept is applied to all deliverables and assets produced for the campaign at global and local levels. It provides a framework to everything around the campaign, and provides a consistent experience for the graduate audience, regardless of the channels they are viewing content from.
